Retirement Recognition

Electric Boat is proud of all the time and hard work our employees have contributed to the Company’s success and our Nation’s freedom. To recognize this dedication, it is our honor to present eligible retiring employees with several optional gifts to express our appreciation.

Employees who have submitted an electronic severance with 25 or more years of service who retire at age 55 or greater are eligible to receive the following gifts:

1. Retirement recognition plaque or photo array
2. Retirement gift selection
   • If you select this in the order form, you will receive a letter from our service award vendor, Engage2Excel 30-45 days after your retirement with instructions how to order.
3. Submarine Model
   • There are five submarine class models to choose from and two different configurations; either a ‘full’ or ‘half’ model. The code to place your order is located on your employee severance checklist.
